Singapore - 1st class city?

Singapore is organizing the 1st ever youth olympics this coming august!
Feel the hype and excitement? - No. Oh mann, this is far from my expectation.

Walk the streets of Singapore and you may think you’re in the world’s most modern country. Yes, you're, although we may be ranked 151 out of 195 in the global press ranking which is worse than countries like Iraq aand Iran which is kinda wierd and suprising.
Singapore is the only country/state in the entire world that has reached a Western level of economic development and is still not a fully functioning democracy. We ahve great achievement like ranked 7th in GDP and 13th based on life expectancy but i think singapore has more to catch up on.

Singapore always gets the limelight for the wrong reasons, perhaps because it's an almost-perfect Asian state with an Anglo-Saxon face and for the Lee family's use of libel as a weapon against dissent and against the western press whose reach they fear.

Yes, we may have organized spectacular events like F1 Night Race and stuff. This is one way to reimage the country but i tihnk the country is still unknown yet. To be honest, no amtter how much singapore prosper, the problem is still with the weather. Frankly, it suck. Secondly, our education ahs its flaw as well, and i seriously hates how the whole system works! Thus, if i ahve the chance i would definietly go oversea to pursue my education. I wonder why many people actually choose singapore base on the education. The education system in singapore is obciously failing!

And yes, i feel like reading a book! Like seriously! I'm surprise myself! But it's really been a while since i last read a book! And i'm going to read one soon! So please introduce some great books for me! I need to self-improve. FIGHTING!
