oral presentation

Well, this few days are like the start of the rehearsals as well as dry run for oral presentation. Its not rlly tht difficult for me since i had gone through many oraltical competition before in some prestigue junior college or even in some press holdings in front of hundred of people and even mediacorp news presenter.. You will be like WOW right. guanwei lehs. he can mehs? hahas

But thats like one year ago... let me see.
sec one i took part in group story telling - Finals
sec two i too kpart in group story telling - Preliminary Round, Solo oratical story telling - Preliminary
sec 3 - group story telling - Finals, Solo billingual essay telling - Preliminary
sec 4 - group story telling - Finals

So in total i too kpart in 4 group and 2 solo category.. Ya, tht was way more grand and large scale when compared to this.. In total i got like 3 Awards and 3 other not rlly that good lahs...

I want to say more on tht billingual essay telling tht i too kpart. Practically coz its in both English and Mandarin. I still rmb that it was only 4 days before when my teacher asked me to take part in that competition coz i had another competition in my hand as well. But i just accepted it as it is like a challenge to me. The essay was both length. like 4 pages. and im suppose to memorise then wih that 4 days. Of coz i failed to do so.

During the actual competition i panick while waiting for my turn, basically because go not ahve ample practice. So i went up to the stage and the first 3 mins was in Mandarin. The next 3 mins was in English. During the 4th minute, my mind went blank and i just stared at the crowd, OMG do u know how effing embarassing tht was? i just stood there for a few seconds before i just say some random stuff which is irrelevant. I though everything will be alright as soon as i get back to my normal state, but when i reach my concluding paragraph, i forgot wad i am supposed to say again.. Ya tht was one of the most embarassing thing i ever! and some more in fron tof well-known judge and raffles, hwa chong etc students representatives. ASo im kinda scard tht history would repeat itself.

In the end i didnt make it into the finals lahs. Ya, but well it was a gd exp lahs. That time i only had 2 supporters.. hahas and whenever i got nervous, i will turn into 'ah beng' on stage. i mean the posture or some facial expression. That what the judge as well as my friends told me..

Ya lahs. anw i still hope tht OP would be successful and i would do well
