Had Napfa retest ytd.. improved quite abit, but i stil lfail my broad jump. i finally passed my pull up and i improved 4 grades for my sit ups=).
Next monday would be my 2.4km.. wish me luck, coz i rlly quite long never run ald!!!

Sit and Reach : 53 A
Shuttle Run: 9.9s A
Sit up: 42 B
Pull-up: 3 E
Broad Jump: 209 U
2.4km (from previous): 12:01 D
So total score now is 17 points. which is not rlly good... =( 1 more sit up to A, 1 more pull up D, 1 more cm to pass broad jump and 1 second more to get C for 2.4km!!! Im cursed by the number1!!!!!
