ok. today went abck home kinda early compared to other days. since it was only 6pm, i decided to go down to have a run. its been like 2 days since i run and my leg itch lahs.
clocked 10 mins.. hhm.. not bad eh? anw i discover smth. everytime i run. my hand instead of my leg will ache. i also no idea y? this is so even for standing broad jump. when i jump.. wahseh. hand pain sia.
ok. enoughof it.. **drinking milk** nice!!
ok.. as u guys noe. all most noe i love milk and cheese right.. if any exco dunno i gonna smack u. lols. i just shared during exco camp. hahas
so let me introduce different kinds of milk to you..
1. this is abviously strawberry milk..
straberry milk is like the nicest thing ever if u ever crave for sweet stuff. every gulp of it taste like heaven. but for stawberry milk. meiji one is not bad! but i prefer HL strawberry one better!
 ok. i personally dont frink magnolia milk.. coz i dont think it tastes nice.. esp this flavour! omg! it tastes damn wierd.. coz it lose the antural taste of milk aldy!!
 HL milk is nice. but if u buying original. buy meiji one. But HL is a good choice also. but now in my fridge i have...
 nope not this.. my fridge dont have this coz i usually drink this in school!
 yes this! if u are looking for less creamy and low fat one.. drink this!
 yes! i am drinking this now when posting this post. i love his one. is so creamy.. see i so happy write better english then previous post. u maybe wondering y theres no banana milk. coz it sucks ok hahas,,rlly lahs! and for chocolate milk, i fdrink ocasionally. its nice. and ya chocolate milk dont drink meiji one drink HL. nicer! but i get ulcers everytime i dink chocolate stuff. so i rarely drink!
 of coz other than cow milk, theres goat milk. u can buy @ kranji farm.. i sometimes go there to buy tht.. there i drink chocolate one. coz its not very heaty and it nice. original on eisnt bad either.. overall.. HL: 8/10 Meiji:8.5/10 Dutch Lady:5/10 Magnolia:6.5/10 goat milk:7/10
