How many friends do i have? Alot perhaps..
How many good friends do i have? i suppose alot?
How many best friends do i have? a couple..
How many of the above are true to u ?
How many of the above are taking advantage of you?
How many of the above are just treating u as dirt?

Being a leader is not easy, especially getting all to work tgt, cooperating with each other.
Having a successful team needs a leader and teammates to help out.
Having a successful team, team members must work peacefully?
I doubt so.
Having a successful team, each must argue their comments with each other. Arguement leads members to think of better ideas to improve on the teams.
Thats what i call team. Of course, working tgt after the argument...

I suppose all of us have a chance to lead b4 in our life.
I was a leader for many events, in primary school all the way till secondary 4.
Being a leader is not easy, people hate you. But who cares? i live my life...
Arts Alive, i was like the in-charge of the team. Sometimes things had to be serious. my team helped out alot although sometimes they talk cock.. But the did the things well.
Genliang helping out with the ideas, HY and JX helping out in the equipments and stuff.

Suppose i take a detour instead. What will the result be?
I rmbed my leading in Primary School and till sec 3.
I did well at times.. and sometimes it became out a mess,... But often not recognize, perhaprs is i did not show out the way i lead all the time. Only at times when there is a need.
I suppose tht is not a great iddea?

Many leaders are great.
Whats a leader?
- Taking initiative
But is tht enuff.. Showing a gd role model?
I know of ppl who are leaders.. But somehow, they seems to me as oni someone who tells others to do things. They did a good job at times i dun deny. But outside school, whats their attitude?
Theres no diff as others ppl..

People do change when being forced.
People do change when face certain circumstances.
People do change with people they mix.
People do change with what attitudes they get.
You wun know tht person real personality until he or she is pushed to wits end.

Dont ask why people become so quiet at times.
Dont ask why people had a sudden change of attitude.
Dont ask why he or she is no longer the person you knew before.

Ask yourself.
Reflect on yourself.
How did you treat him/her.
How did you took advantage of her.

No one in life is perfect.
Thats why people took advantage of people who are good.
The only way to ask them to shut up is to have ... "ANGER"
How come people oni notice their mistakes or ask for forgiving or stop their acts oni when ppl are angry?
